Our Process
1. Choose Your Date
Contact us with your floor type and area. We’ll send a fixed price quote fast — no hidden extras.
2. Confirm your booking
Choose your preferred date. Clear the room of furniture and remove any carpet, grippers or glue beforehand.
3. We arrive & get to work
Our team arrives around 8am. We sand back to bare wood and apply 2 coats of Bona water-based finish — normally in one day.
4. Walk on same day
You’re back on your floor 3–4 hours after we leave. Return furniture the following day.
On the day: please ensure heating is on, parking is available for one van, and mains 240v power is accessible. No other trades should be in the area being sanded.
Aftercare: use a magic mop or Flash-type product — avoid steam cleaners. Rubber-backed rugs should only be used as per the manufacturer’s label.
